The Arts Education Foundation Trust provides grant funding for arts programs and events for NSW public school students. The programs and events must be open to the public, and aimed at the development and promotion of creative arts in the community including music, dance, drama, visual arts, public speaking, debating and related special events.
The Trust primarily looks to fund programs that target access and equity issues for young people in public schools. In particular the Trust looks to support performance opportunities for students whose personal circumstances are such that they would otherwise be unable to experience such opportunities.
You can make a tax-deductible donation to help create these opportunities for young people in public schools.
In January 2013, with the agreement of the former Trustees, the Arts Education Foundation Trust became a part of the Public Education Foundation.
