Her career has centred on purpose-driven organisations, with leadership roles at the Centre for Inclusive Design, Media Access Australia, Barnardos Australia, and the Cancer Council.

Known for her ability to lead through change, Manisha has revitalised teams, built trust with funders, and delivered business sustainability in complex environments. A systems thinker and “super-connector”, she excels at identifying patterns, engaging stakeholders across sectors, and using evidence-based research to drive advocacy and policy influence – particularly in partnership with government.

Educated in the public school system after migrating to Australia as a child, Manisha is a proud advocate for inclusive education and social equity. Her leadership style is grounded in humility, collaboration, and a relentless focus on purpose. She brings to the Public Education Foundation a rare blend of strategic insight, operational experience, and heartfelt commitment to students and public education.

Ali Matheson
Ali MathesonFinance and Administration Manager
Prior to joining the Public Education Foundation, Ali Matheson held senior finance roles in both the private and corporate sectors, including as Chief Financial Officer for a small-to-medium enterprise and as an Area Accountant at Flight Centre.

Ali holds a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of New South Wales and is a member of CPA Australia.

Anthony Siokos

With over 25 years of experience in education, training and business development, Anthony Siokos serves as the Scholarships Manager at the Public Education Foundation. In this role, he is dedicated to advancing educational opportunities and supporting students in their academic pursuits. Anthony’s extensive background reflects a deep commitment to fostering growth and development within the educational sector.​

Throughout his career, Anthony has demonstrated a passion for creating impactful programs that empower individuals and communities. His leadership at the Public Education Foundation underscores his dedication to promoting accessible education and nurturing the potential of students from diverse backgrounds.

Alongside his work in education, Anthony is also a long-standing advocate within Australian football. His dual focus on equity in education and advocacy in sport demonstrates a lifelong commitment to opening up opportunities where they are needed most.

Lynne Munnich
Lynne MunnichAdministration Assistant
Lynne Munnich has over a decade of experience supporting students in Western Sydney public schools, having worked in both paid and voluntary capacities as a Learning Support Officer. Her long-standing commitment to equity in education is reflected in her passion for strengthening and defending Australia’s public education system.

In addition to her school-based work, Lynne has volunteered with several not-for-profit organisations, contributing to community-focused initiatives that support vulnerable and marginalised groups. She is proud to be part of the Public Education Foundation, where she plays a role in helping disadvantaged students realise their potential and expand their opportunities through the Foundation’s scholarships, mentoring programs, and strong advocacy for educational fairness.

For over 15 years, Craig Nhobbs has built a strong reputation in the live events industry as an enthusiastic, driven professional who goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional experiences. With a background in creative concept development, performance, and event execution, Craig has worked across a wide range of large-scale public and corporate events.

His portfolio includes collaborations with leading organisations such as Live Nation, Hunter Valley Gardens, ABC for Kids, Universal Pictures, Nickelodeon, the Sydney Royal Easter Show, City of Sydney Council, QIC, and Westfield, among many others. Known for his energy, creativity, and attention to detail, Craig is dedicated to making every event memorable and impactful.
