Inspiring excellence in NSW public education

The 2026 Public Education Awards were held on May 3 in partnership with the NSW Department of Education, bringing together students, educators, school staff, parents, volunteers and supporters from across the state.

Held at the beginning of Public Education Week, the awards provided an important opportunity to recognise the people whose dedication, leadership and achievements strengthen NSW public education every day.

We congratulate all award recipients on this outstanding recognition. Each award reflects a significant contribution to public education and the commitment, passion and care shown across our schools and communities.
